Consultation & Tech Pack Review

During this stage, we discuss your target price point, quantity needs, timeline, and any special requirements such as embellishments, custom hardware, or specific certifications. You will receive a detailed production feasibility report and cost estimate within 24 hours.
Sourcing & Prototyping
We source the finest materials from our network of Turkish textile mills and create initial prototypes (samples). This crucial step allows you to test the fit, feel, and functionality of the garment or accessory. We refine the sample until it meets your exact expectations before moving forward.
Our prototyping process typically includes a first proto sample, followed by a fit sample after revisions, and finally a pre-production sample that serves as the benchmark for bulk manufacturing. This iterative approach ensures zero surprises during production.
Bulk Production & Quality Control
Once the sample is approved, we initiate the high-quality garment manufacturing phase. Our production lines emphasize precision — from automated fabric cutting to specialized sewing stations and in-house embellishment departments for crystal applications, sublimation printing, and laser cutting.
We conduct rigorous quality control checks at multiple stages of production to ensure every piece mirrors the approved prototype. Our QC process follows AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) international standards, with inline inspections during production and a final audit before packaging.
Packaging & Global Logistics
We offer customized packaging solutions, including private labeling, custom hang tags, poly bags, and retail-ready packaging tailored to your brand guidelines. Every detail is executed to ensure your products arrive shelf-ready.
Finally, we manage the logistics — ensuring your production is safely and efficiently shipped from Turkey to your warehouses in Europe, the USA, Russia, or anywhere globally. We support FOB, DDP, and EXW shipping terms with sea freight, air cargo, and express courier options.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per style. However, for complex or heavily embellished pieces, we can negotiate lower quantities. For startups, we offer flexible arrangements to help you launch your first collection without overcommitting on inventory.
How long does sampling take?
A first proto sample typically takes 7-14 days after materials are sourced. Fit revisions add another 5-7 days per round. The entire sampling process — from initial brief to approved pre-production sample — usually completes within 3-5 weeks, depending on complexity.
Do you work with startups and new brands?
Absolutely. A significant portion of our clients are emerging designers and first-time brand founders. We provide hands-on guidance throughout the process — from optimizing tech packs for production efficiency to advising on fabric choices that balance quality with your budget.
What shipping terms and transit times do you offer?
We offer FOB Izmir, DDP (delivered duty paid), and EXW terms. Transit times vary by destination: Europe 3-7 days by road, UK 5-10 days by sea, USA 15-20 days by sea or 3-5 days by air, and Middle East 3-5 days by road/sea.
