A first proto sample typically takes 7-14 days after materials are sourced. Fit revisions add 5-7 days per round. The entire sampling process — from brief to approved pre-production sample — usually takes 3-5 weeks depending on complexity.
Bulk production typically takes 4-8 weeks after sample approval and material procurement, depending on order quantity, garment complexity, and embellishment requirements. Crystal-embellished pieces or complex designs may require additional time. We provide a detailed timeline with every quote.
Minor adjustments (color, trim changes) can be accommodated before bulk cutting begins. Major design changes after production has started may require a new sample round and revised quotation. We always communicate proactively if changes impact timeline or cost.

We follow AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) 2.5 international standards. Quality control checks are performed at multiple stages: incoming fabric inspection, inline production checks, and a final pre-shipment audit. Every piece is inspected to match the approved sample.
We offer FOB Izmir (Free on Board), DDP (Delivered Duty Paid to your warehouse), and EXW (Ex Works from our facility). We handle sea freight, air cargo, and express courier shipments worldwide.
